Life Apostolic Church is rejoicing in our first two baptisms on July 31, 2016. They weren’t done the old fashion way in a creek or river, but they were done in our new (horse trough) baptismal tank, outside under a borrowed awning from a funeral home. Just think, that awning has seen two types of burials; one in the natural and one in the spiritual, in Jesus name. With or without an awning, the name of Jesus works! This was a couple who has been married for twenty-five plus years and started over now, as a new couple in Christ. Thank God for them and their rebirth. LAC has been growing slowly and steadily and we have definitely seen God’s favor and blessings on our assembly. Our highest attendance so far has been 66. Family and friends are making their way back home to the Lord and being restored. We are thanking God for the number, but more than the number, are the souls that are getting rapture ready. The scripture says “God is good” and we have found that to be so true. It’s amazing what we have seen God do in 14 months. WOW and thank you Jesus!
