Life Apostolic Church is off to a running start for 2018. On January 12, 2018 at 7:30pm, we will be hosting our first youth rally and the first for the New Year for Section 1 of the United Pentecost Church of Kentucky. Pastor Jason Pearcy of Tower of Pentecost Church in Knoxville, TN will be our guest speaker. Refreshments will be served afterward so come and hear a great message and enjoy something good to eat (that’s a double portion - one in spirit and one in the physical).
During the month of January, LAC will focus on the Book of Acts. We are having a joint congregational study; so by January 4, read chapters 1-10; by January 11, chapters 11-20 and by January 18, chapters 21-28. Come and learn with us.
Our last message of 2017 was a challenge to get Cross Fit in 2018. This is what we normally do in the natural at the beginning of every New Year by starting to exercise, eating right, checking calories, making sure we stay hydrated, etc. Our challenge for the New Year is to get in shape in the spiritual. Yes, it’s all those things we’ve heard for years, but we need to jump in and start now - praying, reading the Word, fasting. Drop off those things that add weights to our life. Join us and start now to a new YOU!
